You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused and in its original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us at support@britishmode.co.uk with your order number and a photo – we will cover return shipping and process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.
