Shipping policy

At British Mode, we ensure careful processing and reliable delivery for all orders. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines and responsibilities. It applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery costs

All orders qualify for free standard delivery within the United Kingdom, regardless of order value. British Mode will not charge any additional shipping fees.

2. Processing and delivery times

The total delivery time includes two stages:

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days (preparation, packaging and handover to the carrier).
  • Transit time: 3–7 working days (delivery by the carrier to your address).

Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 working days from the order date. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day; orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT) are processed the next business day.

3. Order confirmation, tracking and couriers

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number that lets you track your package in real time. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail and DHL to ensure fast, secure and reliable delivery.

4. Taxes and duties

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£). For deliveries within the United Kingdom, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional customs duties or import fees to settle on delivery.

5. Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if tracking stops updating, please contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend the order or issue a full refund.

6. Accuracy of the delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. British Mode is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
